ALL-YEAR BOOKING
Many of our customers decided to stay with us for more than 1 year. Well, who wants to return to the big and dusty cities?
If you plan to rent apartments for more than 1 year, including the summer season, then you will be offered special rental prices, which are 3-4 times cheaper than seasonal rents.
We will be able to select and book for you a specific room that will best meet your expectations.
5.
OFF-SEASONAL BOOKING
For those who do not like vanity, looking for complete peace of mind - we can offer special rental conditions for apartments from September 1 to May 31.
The rental price of a full-fledged apartment will be from just 350 euros per month, plus utility bills on meters or less than 20 euros per day.
Vacation on the sea coast has never been so pleasant at a price.
At the same time, you have at your disposal all the services of the hotel and all the same sea, fresh air and various Latvian weather.
6.
RENT WITH POSSIBLE PURCHASE
If you liked everything and wanted to become the owner of the apartment, then we are ready to offer a rental program with the right to purchase.
You live in an apartment and gradually accumulate a down payment or its full payment.
If you decide to terminate the lease, the initial deposit that you have made is refunded in full. You pay only the rent for the actual stay.
7.
PROFITABLE REAL ESTATE
